Who we are

Our website i www.bbbalance.com. The information officer is Simone Sittig of Brain Body Balance (Pty) Ltd, South Africa.

We value your privacy and will not use any data you share for purposes other than those explicitly stated.

If you email us through our contact form, email us directly by using one of our email addresses, or contact us via our business phone number or WhatsApp, we will retain that information to enable us to contact you in response to your mail and/or message. We’ll only use it for this purpose. You will not be automatically signed up for any email newsletters. You may request that this information be deleted by sending a mail to the address given on the contact page.

If you comment on a post, the information you supply will be retained while the comment is published. You may request that this information be deleted by sending an email to simone@bbbalance.com

Website Analytics

Our website uses analytics or analysis tools for statistical analysis of user behaviour. Your data is anonymised so that you are not identifiable to us as a user. We use this de-identified data to:

• optimise the functionality, accessibility, performance and stability of the website,

Your personal information is stored on our website backend (secured by SSL), and may be stored by our admin staff to  correspond with you.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Security

Our website is protected with SSL encryption to minimise chances of data being intercepted in transfer to and from the server. The site is hosted by GoDaddy and makes use of their standard data security measures. 

2. Cookies

We only use functional (or required) cookies that are necessary for this site to function, plus those that are necessary for:

• Google Analytics (e-identified, anonymised)
• social media sharing
• contact form spam blocking
• remembering your choice if you accept the cookie notice.

We do not use remarketing, so you will not have our ads following you around the internet.
